National Standards

The National Standards Project is a multi‐year initiative to raise the technical level of youth players in the United States. At the project’s core is a simple, uniform test of 16 skills (the National Assessment) that provides an objective measure of a player’s technical ability. With the support of our national partners, NSCAA and US Club Soccer, our goal is to establish a baseline and throughout the year we have collected assessment data from across the country.

Over the past four years, iSoccer has collected over 3M scores against a standard 16 core skills. We also tested several top division I programs across the country (Stanford, Cal, Notre Dame, UNC, Virginia, Washington) to determine college levels.
